We will develop an exciting and inspiring plan that you will love to action. I will see your blind spots and I’ll hold you accountable to do the things you need to do to be successful. Like a sports coach, I’ll push you to dig deep and be the best you can be. You will learn more in a matter of months than you did in years before.
Running a business can be lonely and stressful. You need a sounding board, someone to bounce ideas of and who can give you honest feedback. Even if that means hearing things that you don’t like to hear but need to hear in order to change and improve.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUSINESS COACHING AND BUSINESS MENTORING?
The terms business mentoring and business coaching often get interchanged to mean the same thing; driving positive change in business owners and their businesses. Strictly speaking mentoring usually involves an older, more experienced person (business mentor) imparting knowledge and wisdom to a younger, less experienced business person (mentee). Coaching usually involves goals and accountability around improving a business owner’s performance and results. Business coaching typically has defined outcomes and timelines for completion. My coaching and mentoring services, guide and support business owners to reach their full potential in themselves and their businesses.

I’ll contact you by phone for a 15 minute initial chat.

COACHING SERVICES BEGIN
This is where the small shifts we implement will create massive change. Business coaching covers everything you need: planning, sales, marketing, human resources, team building, leadership, financials and more. If it’s relevant to your business and your success – I am across it.
STEP 3:
STRATEGY SESSION
During this 90 minute conversation either in person or via video conference, you’ll be able to get a clear understanding of my coaching style and after getting to know each other, we’ll know if we are the right fit.
STEP 6:
MEASURE AND TEST
We’ll evaluate the results against our forecast goals and create an action plan every quarter.
